Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009

Amendments to section 4 of Act of 2003.

5.— Section 4 of the Act of 2003 is hereby amended—

(a) in subsection (1) by the substitution for “(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this” of “This”, and

(b) by the deletion of subsections (2) and (3).
