Definitions. |
2.— In this Act— | |
“ Act of 1939” means the Offences against the State Act 1939 ; | ||
“ Act of 1984” means the Criminal Justice Act 1984 ; | ||
“ Act of 1996” means the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 ; | ||
“ Act of 1997” means the Criminal Law Act 1997 ; | ||
“ Act of 1999” means the Criminal Justice Act 1999 ; | ||
“ Act of 2006” means the Criminal Justice Act 2006 ; | ||
“ Act of 2007” means the Criminal Justice Act 2007 . |
