Amendment of section 74 of Act of 2007.
17.— Section 74 of the Act of 2007 is amended—
(a) by the substitution of “under section 71 or 71A” for “under section 71”, and
(b) by the substitution of “in section 71(a) or 71A(a)” for “in section 71(a)”.
