Medical Practitioners (Amendment) Act 2011

Amendment of section 7 of Act of 2007.

3.— Section 7 of the Act of 2007 is amended in subsection (2) by the insertion of the following after paragraph (b):

“(ba) approve posts for the purposes of section 50A,”.
