S.I. No. 395/2011 - National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (Revocation of Delegation of Banking System Functions) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 9th August, 2011.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5 of the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (No. 18 of 1990), hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (Revocation of Delegation of Banking System Functions) Order 2011.

2. This Order comes into operation on 5 August 2011.

3. The National Treasury Management Agency Act 1990 (Delegation of Banking System Functions) Order 2010 ( S.I. No. 115 of 2010 ) is revoked.
