S.I. No. 583/2011 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) (Part 5) (No. 2) Order 2011.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 18th November, 2011.

I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(5) of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (No. 20 of 2011), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) (Part 5) (No. 2) Order 2011.

2. The 15 day of November 2011 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (No. 20 of 2011) come into operation:

(a) section 28;

(b) section 29.
