Amendment of section 898K (special arrangements for certain securities) of Principal Act.

123.— The Principal Act is amended in section 898K—

(a) by substituting the following for subsection (3):

“(3) This section shall cease to apply as on and from 31 December 2011.”,

and

(b) by deleting subsection (4).
