Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th April, 2012.

I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Establishment Day) Order 2012.

2. The 3rd of April 2012 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (No. 40 of 2011).
