I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (No. 28 of 2012) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (Establishment Day) Order 2012.

2. The 6th day of November 2012 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) Act 2012 (No. 28 of 2012).
