Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 18th October, 2013.

I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013), hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 9th day of October 2013 is appointed as the day upon which subsection (4) of section 23 of the Further Education and Training Act 2013 (No. 25 of 2013) shall come into operation.
