Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th November, 2013.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise, and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 (3) of the Industrial Development (Science Foundation Ireland) (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 36 of 2013) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Science Foundation Ireland) (Amendment) Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 27th day of November 2013 is appointed as the day on which the Industrial Development (Science Foundation Ireland) (Amendment) Act 2013 (No. 36 of 2013), comes into operation.
