S.I. No. 500/2013 - Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010 (Remaining Provisions) (Commencement) Order 2013.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th December, 2013.

I, PAT RABBITTE T.D., Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010 (No. 4 of 2010), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) SafetyAct 2010 (Remaining Provisions)(Commencement) Order 2013.

2. The 18th day of December 2013 is appointed as the day on which the Petroleum (Exploration and Extraction) Safety Act 2010 (No. 4 of 2010), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation.
