Application of section 94 to ULCs and PUCs | ||

1253. Section 94 shall apply to an ULC and a PUC as if the following subsection were substituted for subsection (2): | ||
“(2) The instrument of transfer of any share shall be executed by or on behalf of the transferor and the transferee.”. |
