S.I. No. 268/2015 - Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th June, 2015.

I, JAN OSULLIVAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 11 (5) of the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 11 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

2. The 1st day of July 2015 is appointed as the day on which the Education (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 11 of 2015) shall, in so far as it is not already in operation, come into operation.
