S.I. No. 324/2015 - Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (Transfer Day) Order 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 31st July, 2015.

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 of the Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (No. 6 of 2008) (as adapted by the Health and Children (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 219 of 2011 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (Transfer Day) Order 2015.

2. The 31st day of July 2015 is appointed as the transfer day for the purposes of the Voluntary Health Insurance (Amendment) Act 2008 (No. 6 of 2008).
