S.I. No. 401/2015 - National Milk Agency (Election Day) Regulations, 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 25th September, 2015.

I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 of, and paragraph 5(2) of the Schedule to, the Milk (Regulation of Supply) Act 1994 (No. 25 of 1994) (as adapted by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 455 of 2011 )), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Milk Agency (Election Day) Regulations, 2015.

2. 27 October 2015 is prescribed as an election day for producer members of the National Milk Agency.
