S.I. No. 428/2015 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2015.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th October, 2015.

I, ALAN KELLY, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 29 of 2015) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2015.

2. The 1st day of October 2015 is appointed as the day on which sections 47 and 51 of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 29 of 2015) come into operation.
