S.I. No. 586/2015 - Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (Amendment) Regulations 2015.

2. The Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Regulations 2014 are amended, in the Schedule, by—

(a) the deletion of the matter relating to Southern Scientific Services, and

(b) the insertion, before the entry relating to Agri Food & Biosciences Institute, of-

“Agri Diagnostics

Dunrinane, Killarney, Co. Kerry

These regulations amend the entry in the list of Designated Laboratories of the Bovine Viral Diarrhoea Regulations 2014 relating to Southern Scientic Services and inserts Agri Diagnostics to the list of designated Laboratories.
