Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th March, 2015.

I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2015.

2. The 12th day of March 2015 is appointed as the day on which the Irish Collective Asset-management Vehicles Act 2015 (No. 2 of 2015) comes into operation.
