I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the International Protection Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2016. | ||
2. The 10th day of March 2016 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the International Protection Act 2015 (No. 66 of 2015) come into operation: | ||
(a) section 78; | ||
(b) section 80; | ||
(c) section 81. | ||
