S.I. No. 462/2016 - Harbours Act 2015 (Wicklow Port Company Transfer and Dissolution Day) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd September, 2016.

I, SHANE ROSS, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 28 of the Harbours Act 2015 (No. 61 of 2015), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 2015 (Wicklow Port Company Transfer and Dissolution Day) Order 2016.

2. The day appointed as the day for-

(a) the dissolution without winding up of Wicklow Port Company, and

(b) the transfer of Wicklow Port Company’s harbour to Wicklow County Council

is 30 August 2016.

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform consents to the making of the foregoing Order.
