S.I. No. 505/2016 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th October, 2016.

I, SIMON COVENEY, Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 29 of 2015) (as adapted by the Environment, Community and Local Government (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2016 ( S.I. No. 394 of 2016 )), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of September 2016 is appointed as the day on which Part 9 of the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (No. 29 of 2015) comes into operation.
