I, PASCHAL DONOHOE TD, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 6 of the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004 (No. 33 of 2004) and, for the purposes of paragraph (b) of that subsection, after consulting with the Commission for Public Service Appointments and the Minister for Health, hereby order as follows: | ||

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004 (Extension of Application to the Position of Director of the Decision Support Service within the Mental Health Commission) Order 2016. | ||
Application | ||
2. To the extent that the recruitment and appointment provisions of the Public Service Management (Recruitment and Appointments) Act 2004 (No. 33 of 2004) do not apply to the Mental Health Commission, that Act applies in respect of the position of Director of the Decision Support Service within that Commission. | ||
