The Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 6 (3) of the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 46 of 2019), hereby orders as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2019 (Section 4) (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 28th day of April 2020 is appointed as the day on which section 4 of the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 46 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
