S.I. No. 164/2021 - Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2020 (Revocation) Regulations 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 9th April, 2021.

The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2020 (Revocation) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 9 April 2021.

2. The Avian Influenza (Precautionary Confinement of Birds) Regulations 2020 are revoked.
