S.I. No. 167/2021 - Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th April, 2021.

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (3) of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 2 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 14th day of April 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 2 of 2021) shall come into operation.
