S.I. No. 292/2024 - Road Traffic Act 2016 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2016 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 1st day of October 2024 is appointed as the day on which Part 2 of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016) shall come into operation.
