I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (No. 16 of 2024) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 30th day of July 2024 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (No. 16 of 2024) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; | ||
(b) Part 6, other than – | ||
(i) subsections (1) and (2)(a) of section 34, | ||
(ii) section 35, and | ||
(iii) section 36; | ||
(c) Schedules 1 and 2. | ||
