I, JAMES LAWLESS, Minister of State at the Department of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024), and the Transport (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2024 ( S.I. No. 354 of 2024 ), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 9th day of August 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 20 of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024) comes into effect. | ||
