I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of October 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 14 (c) of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
