Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (No. 32 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 17th day of October 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Motor Insurance Insolvency Compensation Act 2024 (No. 32 of 2024) shall come into operation.
