S.I. No. 542/2024 - Veterinary Medicinal Products, Medicated Feed and Fertilisers Regulation Act 2023 (Section 7 – Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Veterinary Medicinal Products, Medicated Feed and Fertilisers Regulation Act 2023 (No. 21 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Medicinal Products, Medicated Feed and Fertilisers Regulation Act 2023 (Section 7 – Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The day appointed as the day on which section 7 of the Veterinary Medicinal Products, Medicated Feed and Fertilisers Regulation Act 2023 (No. 21 of 2023) comes into operation is 13 January 2025.
