S.I. No. 441/2025 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2025

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd October, 2025.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000) and with the consent of the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) Order 2025.

2. An Rialálaí Agraibhia is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7 (1) of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000).

The Minister for Agriculture, Food and Marine consents to the foregoing Order.
