2. In this Act— | ||
“Act of 1992” means the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 ; | ||
“Act of 1996” means the Waste Management Act 1996 ; | ||
“Act of 2022” means the Circular Economy and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 . |
