Form of affidavits.

26. Every affidavit to be used in a matter in lunacy shall be taken and expressed in the first person of the deponent, and shall be divided into paragraphs numbered consecutively, and respectively confined, as nearly as may be, to distinct portions of the subject matter, and sums of money, measures of space, time, and quantity shall be therein expressed by numerals and not by words at length, and the costs thereof shall be taxed accordingly.
