AN ACT TO RAISE THE AGE OF RETIREMENT OF JUDGES OF THE CIRCUIT COURT TO SEVENTY-TWO YEARS AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE RE-APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES OF THAT COURT WHO HAVE ALREADY RETIRED UNDER THE EXISTING AGE LIMIT. [20th March, 1931.]
