CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) REGULATIONS, 1948.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Agriculture, testified by their official seals affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations :—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1948.

2. The orders referred to in the Schedule hereto shall extend to the Customs-free airport.

SCHEDULE.

1. The Importation of Wool Order, 1946 (Amendment) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O. No. 194 of 1947).

2. The Poultry and Poultry Eggs (Importation) Order, 1938 (Amendment) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O. No. 202 of 1947).

3. The Importation of Pheasants and Partridges Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 233 of 1947 ).

4. The Poultry Carcases (Restrictions on Importation) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O. No. 373 of 1947).

5. The Exchange Control Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 394 of 1947 ).

6. The Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 395 of 1947 ).
