Purchase money deemed fixed on appointed day in certain cases. |
10.—Where after the passing of this Act a holding is included in a list of vested holdings published under section 9 of the Land Act, 1931 , the purchase money to be paid in relation to the holding shall, for the purpose of determining the relevant series of land bonds, be deemed to be fixed on the appointed day declared in such list. |
