Untenanted land—extension of time for application to redetermine price. |
11.—(1) Subsection (2) of section 5 of the Land Act, 1950 , is hereby amended by the deletion of “within six months after the passing of this Act” in paragraph (i) and the substitution therefor of “before the 1st day of November, 1953, or the day which is six months after the taking of possession of the land by the Land Commission (whichever day is the later)”. | |
(2) An application may be made under subsection (2) of section 5 of the Land Act, 1950 , as amended by subsection (1) of this section, notwithstanding that, in the particular case in question, an application under that subsection was made and not granted before the passing of this Act. |
