Amendment of section 43 of Act of 1930. |
3.—(1) The references in subsection (1) of section 43 of the Act of 1930 to a licensed exporter shall be construed as including references to a person who is the holder of a manufacturing licence under section 34 of the Act of 1934 or of a licence under subsection (4) of section 8 of this Act. | |
(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall not be construed as affecting the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1953. |
