AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT OF SUGAR SYRUPS AND INVERT SUGAR) ORDER, 1963 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1964.

I, CHARLES J. HAUGHEY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), and the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 21 of 1963 ), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export of Sugar Syrups and Invert Sugar) Order, 1963 (Revocation) Order, 1964.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 19th day of October, 1964.

3. The Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export of Sugar Syrups and Invert Sugar) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 171 of 1963 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to remove, as from 19th October, 1964, the control on the export of sugar syrups and invert sugar.
