AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BOARD, TO BE KNOWN AS BORD NA GAEILGE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE IRISH LANGUAGE AND, IN PARTICULAR, EXTENDING ITS USE BY THE PUBLIC AS A LIVING LANGUAGE, TO DEFINE THE CONSTITUTION, POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE BOARD AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS. [28th June, 1978]
