PARTRIDGE, PHEASANT AND GROUSE (REGULATION OF EXPORT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1979.

I, JAMES GIBBONS, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Agriculture and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows:

1. (i) This Order may be cited as the Partridge, Pheasant and Grouse (Regulation of Export) (Amendment) Order, 1979.

2. (ii) The Partridge, Pheasant and Grouse (Regulation of Export) Order, 1962 ( S.I. No. 151 of 1962 ), is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to repeal the Partridge, Pheasant and Grouse (Regulation of Export) Order, 1962 relating to the prohibition on export of these three species of game birds except under licence from the Minister for Agriculture.
