EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1986

AN ACT TO AMEND THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ACT, 1972 , SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE SINGLE EUROPEAN ACT HEREINAFTER SPECIFIED SHALL BE PART OF THE DOMESTIC LAW OF THE STATE AND TO PROVIDE FOR OTHER CONNECTED MATTERS. [23rd December, 1986]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
