S.I. No. 322/2000 - Appointment of Special Adviser (No. 4) Order, 2000

WHEREAS the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997):

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 , and pursuant to that request hereby order as follows:

1.         This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (No. 4) Order, 2000.

2.         The Government hereby appoints Mr. Michael Walsh, of Hazelwood, Shanganagh Road, Shankill, Co. Dublin as Special Adviser to the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform with effect from 3 October, 2000.
