S.I. No. 403/2002 - Appointment of Special Advisor (Minister For Transport) Order 2002

WHEREAS the Minister for Transport has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997):

NOW, the GOVERNMENT, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , hereby order as follows:

1.   This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Transport) Order 2002.

2.   Frank Lahiffe of 9 Stillorgan Wood, Stillorgan, County Dublin is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Transport with effect from 21 June 2002.
