S.I. No. 404/2002 - Appointment of Special Adviser Order, 2002

WHEREAS the Minister for Foreign Affairs has made a request to the Government under section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 (No. 27 of 1997):

NOW, the GOVERNMENT in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act, 1997 and pursuant to that request hereby order as follows:

1.         This order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser Order, 2002

2.         The Government hereby appoint Mr. Gerry Steadman of 91, Coolamber Park, Knocklyon, Dublin 16 to be Special Adviser to the Minister for Foreign Affairs with effect from 6 June 2002.
