S.I. No. 406/2002 - Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister For Arts, Sport and Tourism) Order, 2002

WHEREAS the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism has made a request to the Government under Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997);

NOW, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 , hereby order as follows:

1.              This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism) Order 2002

2.              Mr Tony Cotter of 87 Pecks Lane, Castleknock, Dublin 15, is herby appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism with affect from 6 June 2002.
