AN ACT TO AMEND AND EXTEND AN BORD BIA ACT 1994, TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE DISSOLUTION OF AN BORD GLAS — THE HORTICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD AND THE TRANSFER OF ITS FUNCTIONS TO AN BORD BIA, TO AMEND THE REGISTRATION OF POTATO GROWERS AND POTATO PACKERS ACT 1984, AND TO PROVIDE FOR RELATED MATTERS.
