Railway Safety Act 2005 (Section 130) (Commencement) Order 2006

RAILWAY SAFETY ACT 2005 (SECTION 130) (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2006

I, Martin Cullen, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 130 of the Railway Safety Act 2005 (No. 31 of 2005), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Railway Safety Act 2005 (Section 130) (Commencement) Order 2006.

2. The day appointed as the day on which section 130 of the Railway Safety Act 2005 (No. 31 of 2005) comes into operation is 1 July 2006.
